Mesa County Criminal Justice Services has both Community Based and Residential Services.
All Community Based Program/Offices are located at 636 South Avenue Location, including:
- Day Reporting
- Pretrial Services
- Deferred Judgement
- Useful Public Service
- Electronic Monitoring

The Residential Program has two residential buildings located at 650 South Avenue and 426 South 7th Street. Programs include:
- Condition of Parole/Probation
- Summit View Treatment Services
- Intensive Residential Treatment (IRT)
- Division of Youth Services
- Fast Track
- Specialized Programs such as RDDT, SOTP and Substance Abuse
